General Library Services

  1. The Ninoy Aquino Library and Learning Resource Center (NALLRC) is the main library and academic repository of PUP. The Library and Archives Sections are located at the 3rd Floor of the NALLRC Building, within the Sta. Mesa Campus premises.
  2. The Library is open from 7:00AM to 4:00PM given the limitations caused by the coronavirus pandemic. It has also limited face-to-face transactions as of the moment.
  3. Given these restrictions, only PUP faculty, staff, and students may borrow books. Outside researchers and non-PUP clients have yet to be accommodated.
  4. To obtain a Library Account, please log in to (4. PUP Library System). The attending librarian will give you a username and password. You may download e-resources such as e-books, journals, and databases on this website.
  5. The Library does not sell books.
