Applying for Entrance Scholarships

Entrance scholarships are awarded to senior high school graduates who did not pass the PUPCET but qualified because they graduated with high honors, and those who are certified student athletes, creative media artists, campus journalists and cultural artists.
They are required to submit the following documents to avail of this scholarship:
a.     Certification from the School Principal (with dry seal) of the exemplary performance of the applicant
b.     Certification of Good Moral Character
c.     Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority
d.     High School Card with passing grade in all subjects and with minimum General Weighted Average of :
          Highest Honors           :     98-100%
          High Honors                :     95-97%
          Cultural Artists             :     85%
          Student Athletes          :     85%
          Creative Media Artists :     85%
          Campus Journalists      :     85%
e.     Commencement Exercises Program with List of Graduates
f.      2 pcs 2”x2” size photo on white background and with name tag
g.     PUPCET Stub (non-PUPCET takers will be advised to take the exam)
h.     Portfolio of achievements (for cultural artists, student athletes, creative media artists and campus journalists only)
i.      Bring new long brown envelope (do not write anything)
