How do I pay for the requested Official Transcript of Records, Diploma, and other documents?

The client has three options to pay for their requested documents: PUP over the counter payment, Landbank over the counter collection, or fund transfer through Landbank Online or Instapay.

PUP Cashier Over-the-counter

  1. In your ODRS account, please click “Payment Voucher” and print the same document as proof of payment.
  2. Visit the PUP Cashier located at the South Wing Ground Floor of the Main Building from 8:00AM to 5:00PM to pay for your request.

Note: Due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions, the PUP Cashier has reduced working hours. Clients are encouraged to pay for their requested documents online for their own safety and convenience.

Landbank Over-the-Counter

  1. In your ODRS account, please click “Payment Voucher” and print the same document as proof of payment.
  2. Visit any Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Branch near you to pay over the counter or directly deposit on the PUP Account as follows:
    ACCOUNT NAME      :        PUP TRUST RECEIPTS
    ACCOUNT NUMBER  :        0682-1020-47
  3. After payment, please scan the validated deposit slip.
  4. Fill out the online PUP Payment Form (PUP Payment Form) and upload a copy of the scanned validated deposit slip alongside the complete name of the client, program title, student ID number, breakdown of fees paid for, and LBP branch where you made the payment.
  5. Submit the form.
  6. Your payment will be reflected on your ODRS account at least 10 working days after you have entered your payment details.

Online Banking Services

  1. In your ODRS account, please click “Payment Voucher” and save a copy of the document as proof of payment.
  2. If you have an active Landbank iAccess account, you may use the LBP e-payment services to complete payment for your requested document. Alternatively, you may use the bank transfer services of other banks provided they allow transactions with Landbank. Please check these in the respective websites of your banks.
  3. In your account, click “Fund Transfer” and enter the account details of PUP and the exact amount of payment for your requested documents. Choose the “Instapay” option to record the payment in real-time, then click “Submit.”
  4. You may be required to enter a one-time password (OTP) before you can complete the transaction. The OTP is sent either through your registered mobile number or email address. Please enter the OTP in the designated box and click “Submit.”
  5. Once submitted, you will be provided with a receipt of fund transfer for reference. Screenshot this online receipt as proof of payment.
  6. Fill out the online PUP Payment Form (6. PUP Payment Form) and upload a copy of the screenshot of the fund transfer receipt. The receipt should indicate the date and time of transaction for easy reference. Other details required in the online form include the complete name of the client, program title, student ID number, breakdown of fees paid for, and the transaction reference number.
  7. Submit the form.
  8. Your payment will be reflected on your ODRS account at least 10 working days after you have entered your payment details.

  1. Processing time may vary depending on requests load, number of requested documents and year of admission.
  2. Price may change without prior notice.  The office may request for additional payment when needed.
  3. All requested documents are subject to Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) of P30.00 per document.
