What are the requirements for students to secure Recommendation Letter to the Industry for OJT and possible enrollment?

To avail the ARCDO services, the following requirements are needed to comply and send  to career_alumni@pup.edu.ph

• Duly Accomplished Student/ Alumni Request Form (PUP-STRF-5-ARCD-006)
• Proof of Identification
• One (1) Photocopy of the Certificate of Registration for currently enrolled student
• One(1) Photocopy of PUP Alumni Identification Card

If not available, present any of the following:

• One (1) Photocopy of the Transcript of Records/Certificate of Grades
• One (1) Photocopy of Diploma or Dummy Diploma
• One (1) Photocopy of the Certificate of Candidacy
• One (1) Graduation Photo taken During Graduation in the venue.
