How do I request for HRIS reset of password?
Send email to ictohelpdesk@pup.edu.ph with the attached copy of your PUP ID or any valid government ID.
Due to the volume of email requests we receive daily from all PUP students, faculty, employees and even outside clients, our response may take longer than expected.
- Simple transactions within three (3) working days,
- Seven (7) working days for complex transactions and
- Twenty (20) working days for highly technical transactions.
