Why is registration not yet open during the scheduled enrolment?

Check the year level in your SIS account, especially if you are shiftee or transferee student. Check the schedule of online registration per year level from the PUP Website.

If you are a transferee and has processed already your accreditation of subjects but your year level is still in First Year, please send email to sisconcerns@pup.edu.ph with your attached PUP ID or any valid government ID.

Due to the volume of email requests we receive daily from all PUP students, faculty, employees and even outside clients, our response may take longer than expected.

  1. Simple transactions within three (3) working days,
  2. Seven (7) working days for complex transactions and
  3. Twenty (20) working days for highly technical transactions.
